NOAMANE LATRACHE

Noamane Latrache was admitted to the Brussels Bar in March 2023 and joined Portico in the summer of 2025.

He holds a Master of Laws with a specialization in Public and Administrative Law and began his career at the Bar practicing public law (constitutional and administrative) and real estate law (transactions, construction, and leases).

He then continued his career at a law firm specialized in public procurement law before joining Portico to further develop his practice in public law. Today, within the firm, he mainly focuses on these areas. He works in French and English, and is fluent in Arabic.

In parallel, Noamane has served as a teaching assistant for administrative law tutorials for third-year undergraduate students at UCLouvain Saint-Louis – Brussels. He has also been a researcher at the university’s Interdisciplinary Centre for Constitutional Research (CIRC).
